Gothstuck Zine 2020

The Gothstuck Zine was created to highlight gothic themes seen throughout the work of Homestuck. From the imposing cathedrals and towering spires of the dark and light kingdoms of dreams to the eldritch horrorterrors that lurk in the murky pitch of the furthest ring. This atramentous zine has been hand-crafted for those select fans who savor delving into the Gothic influence that has festered itself in many aspects of Homestuck, whether through the literature, art, or both! The context of ‘goth’ culture, its philosophy, and its aesthetic transcends the barriers of species, Alternia boasting a gothic culture all on its own. We at the Gothstuck Zine Team are proud to present a work that has been in development since November 2019, with over 40 contributions from talented artists, capable writers, and brilliant cosplayers. We sincerely hope you all enjoy what we have in store, goth lovers and Homestuck fans alike!
